Your Firm is the top-level tenant in Clivanta — every client, engagement, and document belongs to it, isolated from every other firm.

Register

Go to register and provide:
  • Firm name — how your practice appears to clients (also the default email sender name).
  • Your name and work email — you become the first Partner/Admin.
  • A password — at least 8 characters.
On registration your firm starts on a 14-day free trial at the Growth tier, so you can explore packs and AI features. No card is required, and when the trial ends your firm becomes read-only (view and export) rather than being locked out.

What you can do as Partner/Admin

The Partner/Admin is the highest role. You can:
  • Invite and manage team members and their roles.
  • Edit the firm profile and email sender name.
  • Manage billing and see usage.
  • Everything a Manager or Staff member can do.
