Clivanta has three Firm User roles, in increasing order of permission.

Inviting team members

From Settings → Team (Partner/Admin only), invite a colleague by email and choose their role. They receive an invitation link and set their own password on acceptance.
Each active team member counts as a seat against your plan’s seat limit. If you’re at the limit, invitations are blocked until you upgrade or deactivate a member — see Plans & billing.

Deactivating and reactivating

Deactivating a member frees their seat and revokes their access immediately; their history is preserved. A Partner/Admin can reactivate them later (subject to the seat limit). You can never deactivate the last Partner/Admin.

Visibility

By default, Partner/Admins and Managers see all clients. Staff see only the clients and engagements they’ve been granted access to, plus anything they own.
